1. No one defines you but yourself
2. It’s okay to fall apart. It’s just a bump.
3. It’s okay to relapse, just don’t do it constantly. It’s part of recovering.
4. People will judge you solely on your illness. Ignore them.
5. People won’t understand fully what you’re going through.
6. You’re fine. Cry if you have to.
7. Don’t push people away if you feel you need them.
8. You aren’t alone in this.
9. You are not your illness.
10. It’s okay to be happy and take pride in accomplishing your recovery goals.
